Bless others through my paintings.

I am in currently
in Kathmandu and I had a very safe journey from my village. Thanks for your
prayers and support. I was hoping to finish the house that I was building along
with the village workmen but unfortunately it’s a monsoon season and the house
had to be stopped. It was very hard to
leave my village but I know God has more things for me here in Kathmandu. It’s
been two weeks since I left my village and already a lot has happened and I know
there are more yet to come. I have been doing a lot of paintings for various
church members and also for the children’s home and I feel blessed to be a
blessing to others. Me giving freely or selling for a very cheap price has
shocked many people here and my answer to them is that painting is a gift from
God and so I would like to give as it was given for me.
I also have a testimony
and that is God paid for my air ticket through some one. I had already booked a
train ride from north India to Bangalore but two days back I just was amazed to
find a missionary who was willing to pay for my ticket. Honestly I had no money
in my bank, because I had spent a lot in my village on the house and my family
and for the ministry. I was so happy to know that God just did a huge help and
a huge favor.
Next week I will
be joining a team from Australia and we will be going to another place in Nepal
called Pokhara and we will be ministering to the street kids there. And the
rest of my time I will be painting and spending time with the church in Kathmandu.
So my time here is not very busy but it’s according to my passion and I feel
very much closer to God while I do art. I am also supper excited to go back to
India and meet my family and attend my brother’s wedding. I know this will be my last time writing a
news letter from Nepal but I will say that Nepal is in my heart and I will come
back some day.
